Jennifer Lopez goes retro in the August issue of Esquire, with photographer James White snapping her in a series of cheeky ’50s poses reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe. Jennifer says being a superstar is like living scenes from ‘The Wizard of Oz.’ “It feels crazy sometimes. It’s like being in the middle of a tornado,” the luscious lovely says in the new Esquire. “It’s like whoooosh, you know what I’m sayin’ ? It’s like Dorothy – you wake up and find yourself in the land of Oz.” But J.Lo says she’s always managed to stay true to herself, despite her fame: “Has it affected me? Do things get weird? Yes. But I am still Jennifer.”
