Jennifer Lopez Nixes ‘Rebirth’ Documentary

The New York Daily News reports Sony Music Chairman Andy Lack hired acclaimed movie-maker D.A. Pennebaker to film a behind-the-scenes documentary about the making of Jennifer Lopez’s latest album ‘Rebirth’. While execs at the label were excited with the results of Pennebaker’s work, the project was scrapped because Lopez hated the sound of her voice and “scenes showing her abusing her employees.”
