Jeannette Walls of MSNBC.com hears that Jennifer Lopez and her long-time publicist Alan Nierob are splitting because the singer/actress rebuffed his attempts to have her tone down her diva ways. “Alan Nierob has represented Jennifer like a lion at the gate,” says a source. “But lately, he’s been warning her about public backlash and trying to be a voice of reason. But Jennifer doesn’t want anyone telling her to dial it back.”
