Jennifer Lopez Skips ‘Jersey Girl’ Premiere

The New York Daily News reports at Tuesday night’s premiere of ‘Jersey Girl’, director Kevin Smith summoned Ben Affleck, Liv Tyler and the rest of his cast to the front of the Ziegfeld Theater. “We’re ready to start in a few minutes,” the mischievous Smith told the audience. “We’re just waiting for J.Lo to show up.” After the crowd roared in laughter, Affleck groaned, “That’s why you brought me up here? For that joke?”
