Jennifer Lopez Stays Mum On War Thoughts

Us Weekly reports Jennifer Lopez was not willing to share her feelings about the current U.S. led invasion of Iraq when quizzed at a party held at fiance Ben Affleck’s mother’s home in Cambridge, Massachusetts. A source says when J.Lo was asked, “What do you think of the war?”, the singer/actress responded, “I don’t think about that stuff. I leave it up to him,” pointing to Affleck. Meanwhile, Ben says he has considered running for political office as a Democrat. The source reportedly told Lopez, “You’d better get an opinion because people are going to be asking you what your stance on the war is.” J.Lo didn’t respond to the advice though, “she just smiled.”
