Jennifer Lopez Wants To Sell Hollywood Hills Mansion
As Jennifer Lopez heads to court with Houck Construction Company for allegedly causing $2 million worth of damage to her Hollywood Hills mansion, the singer apparently wants to ditch the fixer-upper and wants to put it on the market for a reported $10 million. “She should resolve this suit,” a Beverly Hills real estate agent told Us Weekly. “No buyer wants to get involved in some huge legal mess.” A friend of J.Lo’s added, “Jennifer regrets having to do this, but she has no other choice.”
