An unnamed local realtor confirmed the report saying the diva had been looking at a large house, listed at $5 million, on top of the hill, and has an interest in another home on Queen Anne’s South Slope. Of course the Miami Herald reported just yesterday that J.Lo had plunked down $9.5 million on a home in Miami Beach.

Real estate broker Leigh Alvarez commented, “Jennifer Lopez used to come to the Beach all the time and rent here. I’m sure there’s a lot of people [here] she enjoys spending time with. Plus, she’s a Latina.”
