The Las Vegas Sun reports Jennifer Lopez placed a six-figure wager on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at the MGM Grand on Sunday for the Super Bowl game against the Oakland Raiders — and won. Multiple sources say J.Lo placed a $250,000 wager on Tampa Bay to win Super Bowl XXXVII and took the money line at plus-160. That means she won $400,000 — and also got her original investment back.

Could there have been an easier bet? Betting that the team with the coach, who just the year prior coached the team they are facing in the super bowl, would win. If anyone knows the ins and outs for the opposing team its the guy who just got done coaching them. It almost wasn’t fair, but hey I’m a Tampa Bay fan and was just ecstatic that we beat the Eagles in Philadelphia in the NFC championship game. Winning the super bowl was just icing on the proverbial cake.
