If you whisper in its ear, it blushes. It takes approximately six months and a cost of $75,000 for the artists at Madame Tussaud’s to create a new celebrity figure. The two most vital elements are the hair and the eyes. To create a life-like wax figure, the color artists cross-match samples of both the hair and eye color, and only human hair is used.
