‘Jersey Girl’ Affected Ben Affleck & Jennifer Lopez Breakup Timing

Despite the split of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, their movie ‘Jersey Girl’ is slated to open in mid-March and former couple have both confirmed they will be promoting the picture. The main press junket for the film is scheduled for the weekend of March 5th in New York. A Hollywood source told the Chicago Sun-Times on Thursday, “I’m sure the timing of this announcement was not unrelated to doing press for ‘Jersey Girl.’ They’re giving themselves a bit of time, probably hoping interest in their breakup will have waned somewhat by the time they have to face reporters to talk about the film.”
