Jesse McCartney was on ‘MuchOnDemand’ on August 25th, where he told a disappointed audience that ‘Summerland’ had been cancelled. “They– I know– I think it’s just a thing– we were up against– we were in a crazy time slot and, you know, the writers were having trouble, and it was just a bad call, I think, just a strike after the WB, but, you know, it’s cool,” he said. “You guys will get sick of me soon enough; I promise. I’m doing a film at the end of the year called ‘Keith’. it’s an indie film. And, you know, it will give me more time to work on my second record.”
