Jesse McCartney On ‘The Road to MSG: Z100’s Jingle Ball 2008′
MSG Networks interviewed Jesse McCartney for ‘The Road to MSG: Z100’s Jingle Ball 2008′, which premieres on December 20th on MSG, featuring behind the scenes access to all the artists on this year’s Z100 Jingle Ball, which takes place on December 12th. The singer and actor talked about being in ‘A Christmas Carol’ at Madison Square Garden at 12 years old, playing the young Scrooge, with Roger Daltrey playing the older Scrooge. Jesse says that before each performance, The Who singer made him drink a different flavor of English tea with him. Jesse also talked about hearing his song for the first time on his favorite station – Z100, how he’s now being recognized for the music more than anything else, working with Toni Braxton on her new record, how he felt about the ‘Bleeding Love’ song he wrote for Leona Lewis going to #1, how he’d like to travel the world and become a chef if it all ended for him in the entertainment industry, and much more.
