Leaping on Jesse McCartney’s recent remarks to E! that he’d be fine with dating ‘Hannah Montana’ star Miley Cyrus in a few years, Star magazine hears that the 15-year-old’s father Billy Ray has warned the ‘Leavin’ singer to stay away. “There’s been serious flirting between them for a while, but Billy Ray won’t let them date,” a Cyrus family insider tells the tabloid. “It’s driving Miley and Jesse crazy!” That 6-year age difference, and Miley being underaged is the obvious sticking point. “And Jesse also thinks the fact that he’s been known to date a lot of young girls in Hollywood has gone against him with Miley’s dad,” the tipster added.
