Star magazine reports that Jessica Simpson charmed her way out of a speeding ticket near the couple’s Calabasas, California home on March 2nd. “The cop said that Jessica had been speeding in a 35 mph zone,” a source revealed. “He didn’t give her a ticket, though. She obviously charmed him.” But hours later, the singer ended up getting a parking ticket after a shopping spree in Los Angeles.
