Previous occupants included, sources say, talent manger Rick Yorn, actress Jami Gertz and exes Ellen DeGeneres and Anne Heche. The 5,500-square-foot home features a lily pond, a gym and a gourmet kitchen-plus it’s less than 10 miles from her parents’. “This home is perfect for Jessica,” a real-estate source said. “She can visit her favorite shops and restaurants and still be close to her family.”
