Jessica Simpson Fires Back At Meddling Papa Joe
The National Enquirer reports Jessica Simpson has spoken up to her controlling father Joe about his disapproval of the guys she’s been dating since her divorce from Nick Lachey. “She recently told him, ‘Dad, I’m capable of making my own choices. If I need your opinion, I have all your numbers,” a source revealed. “Joe was shocked. He just wants what all Dads want – for his kid to be happy. Joe is a worrier, and he doesn’t want Jessica to settle for the first guy she’s with. That’s why they’re clashing.
