A California-based cosmetics company has filed suit against Jessica Simpson, alleging that Simpson, her cosmetic company Dessert Beauty Inc. and cosmetic retailing giant Sephora owe nearly $200,000 for products manufactured and sold to Dessert.

Under JS Brand Management, Sports Club CEO Andrew Kirpalani says his company will develop, market and distribute a junior sportswear line, kids’ clothes, dresses, hats, watches, jewelry and undies under the Jessica Simpson and Sweet Kisses brand names.
