Jessica Simpson To Be Rosie’s First Guest On ‘The View’

People reports Jessica Simpson will appear on the first episode of ‘The View’ to star new co-host Rosie O’Donnell on September 5th. “Rosie herself reached out to Jessica,” a source close to Simpson revealed.
