Jessica Simpson To Star In ‘Grease’ Remake?
The New York Post reports Michelle Pfeiffer, who starred in the forgettable ‘Grease 2′ in 1982 recently said she has been approached about a possible remake of ‘Grease’. “It’s a great idea, and I hear they would like to get Jessica Simpson for the role of Sandy,” Pfeiffer revealed. “She would be good.” The 49-year-old said she’d want to play Principal McGee in the flick because “she is fun and has some great put-down lines.” As for her Stephanie Zinone starring role in ‘Grease 2′, she confessed, “I hated that film with a vengeance and could not believe how bad it was. At the time, I was young and didn’t know any better… I hear it’s a cult movie now.”
