Jessica Simpson’s rep Rob Shuter insisted to The New York Daily News that the singer didn’t have a September 2004 fling with Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine while she was married to Nick Lachey. “”Not true, not true,” Shuter insisted, adding, “Jessica is a single girl. She is not dating Adam Levine or anybody else.” A source at Us Weekly, who is making the affair claim, responded, “This is a woman who lied to the public and probably her husband about her marriage until the bitter end. Enough said.”
