Jewel attended a press conference hosted by Lifetime Television’s ‘Stop Breast Cancer for Life’ public awareness campaign on Wednesday (September 20) on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. Jewel joined the group in delivering more than 12 million petition signatures to Capitol Hill to urge Congress to pass legislation to end the practice of “drive through” mastectomies.
