Jewel Is A Gem At Hartford Restaurant

Star magazine reports that Jewel was extra nice during a dinner visit to Max Downtown in Hartford, Conn., on the way to her concert in New Jersey. The singer gave free tickets to her server and also chatted up a teen couple who were headed to the prom. Jewel offered to take them there on her tour bus.
