Jamie Foster Brown of Sister2Sister magazine was on CNN’s Talkback Live with Arthel Neville on Friday. The two talked about the split between Cris Judd and Jennifer Lopez. She didn’t find out much as both sides were keeping mum. Read on for a transcript.
Arthel: Okay welcome back everybody. All right. J.Lo reportedly is
solo.Sources tell the Associated Press Lopez and husband Cris Judd have
split. No plans yet for divorce but according to Cindy Adams of pagesix.com,
Jennifer reunited with old flame Puffy, P Diddy. Jamie Foster Brown of
Sister2Sister magazine is here and as always Jamie has the juice. Jamie?
Jamie: How are you doing?
Arthel: What did you find out?
Jamie: I called the people they don’t want to comment on it at all.
Not at all. But the rumor has always been that they really have, they really,
really love each other. Puffy was devastated when they broke up. The lawsuit
that went against Puffy during that time that Jennifer at the club and
New York club really put a strain on their relationship and.
Arthel: If I can jump in there, I would imagine that J.Lo people if
you will, the people taking care of had her P.R. campaign may have told
her to break away from Puffy at that point.
Jamie: They didn’t like him. They thought it was really bad and didn’t
feel she should have been brought out into those kind of clubs in the first
place, exposing with the high celebrity to that, to anybody. A lot of times
you don’t see artists hanging around everywhere. You have to be careful
where they go.
Arthel: That’s right.
Jamie: But I have always heard that they have always been in love. Puffy
is just, even when he, you know, was with kim, it’s always back and forth
between Kim and Jennifer, Kim and Jennifer.
Arthel: I want to jump in because I’m short on time. What I wanted to
say isn’t it amazing how the public, public opinion sometimes forces these
celebrities who are people too to go with the so-called right person?
Jamie: Exactly. It is very difficult. I have even seen where they have
said you need to go. They even pay people to go out with the a certain
celebrity so that they can be seen with that personality. It’s better for
their image. Better for them.
