The New York Post reports Jennifer Lopez’s ex-manager Benny Medina, who had been fired by the demanding diva, has possibly signed Mariah Carey. Medina met with Carey on Thursday night and a spy in her’s camp said, “Mariah needs to reinvent herself and she was convinced Benny was the only man to help make her over.” Medina already manages R&B artists Brandy and Mya.
Good luck to M.C. On the other hand, she doesn’t really need another make-over to succeed once again…if that means her new management’s gonna re-invent her as J.Lo or Thalia (God forbid!!!–face it, the “sexy” and “sultry siren” image just DOESN’T fit her). If I’m asked, I’d give her two words of advice: Put on some decent clothes and SING!

This is amazing, this time, Benny has some talent to work with. When I saw him backstage at an event, making sure her (JLO)’s weave and clothes were correct, I was like, “he’s a slave for her”. And she can’t even sing. BUT, with Mariah, he’s already got the package, he just needs to fine-tune her, and get her back on track wit some HOT ass rnb cuts. I’m so excited about this venture with MC. Awesome.
I don’t think it’s true. I just read days ago, j.lo hired him back. plus mc has been with Louise Mcnally for a really long time and they’re good friends.
