Veteran actress Joan Collins is sounding off on Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, and Lindsay Lohan going out in short skirts without panties on knowing the crouching paparazzi would snap their private parts. She told ‘Access Holllywood’ it’s “really sad that young women today need to flaunt” their privates to get attention and wondered after they’ve already shown “their front bits, where’s it all going to end?”
