Us Weekly reports *NSYNC star Joey Fatone found himself in a near-death experience on July 26th while eating a snack at 3 AM at Jerry’s Deli in Los Angeles. According to a source, an unidentified man pulled out a gun within feat of Fatone, who was unhurt. “He and everyone else started running outside to their cars,” the source said. Because of everyone’s quick exit, the source added, “no one paid their bill.”
