John Mayer Builds First Guitar Effect Pedal

John Mayer posted the following message to fans on his blog at JohnMayer.com: “Started getting into building guitar effects pedals. This is the first, a prototype of something I call the Sweet Charlie. Sounds pretty good – more tweaks on future versions. I’ll have a SC-Tx on tour this fall…Along with some other goodies. I’ll also have a medic on hand to apply ice and balms to the solder burns I’m most definitely signing up for.”
