John Mayer To Host A Weekly Variety Show On CBS

TMZ hears that thanks to his appearance on their site earlier this year, CBS execs were impressed enough with the singer songwriter that they offered him a weekly variety show, in a ’60s style music, variety and sketch format. CBS would like the show to start Q1 2009.
