John Mayer Wins Best Pop Vocal Album Grammy

John Mayer accepted the Grammy Award for the best pop vocal album for ‘Continuum’ last night. Mayer told the audience, “Thank you. I just got done playing. I’m nervous. I don’t have a lot of time, but this is amazing. I want to thank Michael McDonald my manager, Chad Franscoviak, who was in the room for every song I wrote. The great Steve Jordan for helping me produce the record. I’m runging out. My mind’s blanking. It’s amazing. Thank you very much. This is quite an honor. Thank you, thank you very much, thank you.”
