JSMB Mod Bashes Popdirt.com, Dares This To Be Posted

Message Board (JSMB) mod Bigfanofjess posted this today concerning this site:

In going to the site, from hearing about it on several posts, I laugh. I laugh because some little kid has nothing better to do than bring incorrect information onto a website (nothing new there) and expect people to actually believe it.

(By the way, I’m sure this’ll get there now too)

For the users that are somewhat confused, Popdirt.com is basically an over-rated, fabricated, waste of internet space.

It wouldn’t be so bad, except that now the random users who send in stories, completely twist them into something erroneous.

If you choose to believe it – that’s your decision, but I can assure you that 99.9% of the information (especially where Jessica is concerned) is false, but quite the good 5 minutes of quality entertainment.

this came after all the posts that a certain shutuprobert posted all the top Jessica articles on the board.

Note: Hopefully people can find the distinction between what is submitted as ‘Anonymous’ or a visitor and what is posted by myself… I’ve invited mod’s or fans to post their thoughts here on news items and I’ve also deleted stories I felt were non-newsworthy or petty.

Moderator Bad Mouths Britney’s Performance

January 10, 2002 – Contributed anonymously:
The moderator AJF (ajessfriend) at the Message Board crossed the line on Thursday night with his comment on Britney Spears’ AMA Performance. His comment about a “major artist” was aimed at Britney Spears. The members of that board did not hesitate to bad mouth one of the most successful acts of this year… something Jessica could not be classified as.

“Most of you know I don’t slam other artists on the message board, but I can’t resist this comment. I won’t name names, but I have to tell you, it’s sad when a major artist is blown away vocally by her back up singers.

Note: I’d prefer editorializing not be submitted as Anonymous everyone. Thanks. Besides, we all complain when Britney lip-synchs, so I wasn’t too disappointed with the live effort.
