The New York Daily News reports Judge Rodney Melville will decide this week whether the boy Michael Jackson paid $20 million to in response to a molestation allegation in 1993 can testify in the pop star’s upcoming trial on new kiddie sex charges – possibly giving prosecutors the critical edge they need to convict Jackson. “If the judge lets this in, he’ll be doing the prosecution a huge favor. It would be the answer to [the new accuser and his family's] prayers,” Southwestern Law School Prof. Robert Pugsley said.
