Out of all the albums that came out this year Joanna Hensley from Journal and Courier calls ‘Justified’ the best album of 2002. Joanna says “Justin Timberlake took a break from pop group *NSYNC to record and release his first solo album, Justified. The disc’s funky beats and retro-soul feel earn it the designation of best album of 2002.” Read on for the other artists making the top ten.
