Miley Cyrus was joined her boyfriend Justin Gaston and her buddy Mandy Jiroux to discuss their favorites of 2008, including their fav YouTube video, favorite band, favorite place visited, and their favorite breakout celeb. Gaston then performed 'She Makes Me Happy' as Miley and Mandy danced along. Watch it below.
