Justin Guarini Could Face Jail Time

Dallas’ NBC affiliate reports that ‘American Idol’ runner up Justin Guarini could face up to a $2,000 fine and 180 days in jail. Guarini ran a watercraft up onto shore while boating with Kelly Clarkson and 5 friends in Grand Prairie, Texas last weekend. Guarini apparently came within inches of hitting a 5 year old girl.
