An insider tells Globe magazine that Justin Timberlake’s hygiene goes way beyond his frequent change of Calvin Klein underwear. “Justin is deathly afraid of germs,” the insider revealed. “He takes three or four showers a day and insists on using only natural, unscented products. Whenever he travels, he brings his own set of ultra-fine Egyptian cotton sheets and pillowcases with him – hotel ones just won’t do.” The insider added that when a pal jokingly suggested he bring along a toilet seat, the *NSYNC star thought it was a good idea, so that may be his next move.
Talents Likely Will Take Justin & X-Tina Where They Want To Go
July 1, 2003 – Steve Knopper of the Rocky Mountain News reviewed Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera’s concert at the Pepsi Center on June 23rd, giving the two performers a B- grade. He said “Aguilera clearly has vocal talent, her best weapon in the quest for pop-star staying power. Although she is prone to Mariah Carey-style histrionics – ‘oooEEEEooooOOOeeeoooOOOeeee’ is a common, irritating line – she proved on Etta James’ ‘At Last’ and Patti LaBelle’s ‘Lady Marmalade’ that she’s capable of hitting the high notes without sacrificing a song’s central soul.” As for Timberlake, “He needs to work on commanding the stage, like Jackson and Brown, but he has plenty of time to figure that out.”
Justin Timberlake & Christina Aguilera Disappoint In Denver
July 1, 2003 – Ricardo Baca of the Denver Post reviewed Justin and Christina’s concert at the Pepsi Center on June 23rd. Calling both performers “disappointing”, Baca says, “The show provided a curious juxtaposition of talent. Aguilera’s costume-heavy production values were an indulgent introduction to Timberlake’s penchant for simplistic athletic gear/leather jacket.” The full review at denverpost.com has since been removed.
