Us Weekly caught and Jessica Biel kissing in the bar of the Lowry Hotel in Manchester, England, after a stop on Timberlake’s concert tour. But, a source tells The New York Daily News, “He’s on tour till September, so it’s baby steps till then.” Check out pictures of the pair from DailyMail.
