The People reports Justin Timberlake has proposed to his actress girlfriend Jessica Biel, who said yes right away. “He is besotted with Jessica and wants to make an honest woman of her,” a source close to the former *NSYNC star told the British tabloid. “He planned to propose in Rome because it is such a romantic city.
