Sugababes fall to #17, t.A.T.u jump from #70 to #34, Jennifer Lopez falls to #39, and Will Young comes in at #51. Rounding out the rest, Good Charlotte jumps to #60, Missy Elliot comes in at #61, and Alicia Keys re-debuts at #75.
