*NSYNC star Justin Timberlake picked up Best Male Video at the MTV Video Music Awards on Thursday night. The surprised singer told the audience upon accepting the award, “Thank you. (Cheers and applause) Um, this is a travesty. I demand a recount. And I just want to say two things real quick. It’s an honor to be in a category with people like Eminem and 50 Cent and people that I admire. John Mayer as well. But also my grandfather raised me on Johnny Cash. I’m from Tennessee. (Cheers and applause) and I think he deserves this more than any of us in here tonight. So I guess in some cool way I share this award with him. He deserves a round of applause. Thank you MTV. Thank you.”

I can not believe he won Best Male Video. I was so surprised he won. I thought 50, Eminem, or Johnny Cash was gonna win. But I’m so happy for him. He does deserve this one. He deserved all 3 of them. Congrats Justin!

Did everyone see Justin’s face when Madonna kissed Brit. He looked pissed off. He’s probably jealous cause he knows he can’t compete with that. I mean what guy could compete with Madonna. She could turn any girl over to the other side. .I think she already turned Xtina.
Yeah, I saw that. I thought it was cool that he was so humble about it. I love M&M (now that he’s matured and shows his real talent – not just rapping about other artists) but that was Karma, when he had to give JT his props. I’m glad its all on the cool tip now. JT is great .

Justin’s so humble. He seems like a good guy. But I think if there wasn’t a Britney look a like in Cry Me A River, it wouldn’t have won 3 awards last night. Yes it’s a great video, I like it a lot, but you have to admit, that video was more controversial than it was artistic. And I don’t care how many times he says that there was no Britney look a like in C.M.A.R., and that it wasn’t about her, everyone knows that it was. So admit already!
