AFP reports that *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake won a court order forcing a celebrity photographer, who Timberlake alleges was stalking him, to keep his distance, the singer’s publicist Ken Sunshine. Artemus Earl Lister was ordered to stay away from Timberlake by judge in Santa Monica, California.
