He says he loves being out on his own, how he wanted to do a style of music different from *NSYNC, and he talked about his musical influences. The video has since been removed.

Justin Timberlake Plays Before 2,000 Fans In Tokyo

March 7, 2003 – Access Hollywood reports Justin performed before 2,000 fans, mostly of the female persuasion, who were invited to a special mini-concert in Tokyo. Justin asked the crowd, “You okay over there?” Timberlake made sure everybody was fine before launching into another number. Justin only performed three songs, but he closed with a promise of bigger things to come. “Next time I come back we’ll do a humongous show, a huge show,” he said.

March 7, 2003 – The New York Post reports sources say Justin was sent a script this week in the hopes that he’ll play Clark Kent’s sidekick Jimmy Olsen in the ‘Superman’ film now in pre-production.
