Justin Timberlake’s Glasgow Performance Lacked Zest

Fiona Shepherd of The Scotsman reviewed Justin Timberlake’s concert at SECC in Glasgow, Scotland, giving the star two stars. Shepherd writes, “Inevitably, Timberlake did not have to do anything other than turn up to get a reaction. For a full two minutes, he simply stood and drank in the hysteria of the crowd, projecting genuine surprise and humility. Maybe he is just not arrogant enough to radiate a dynamic presence. At this early stage in his career, he does not have the catalog for a meaty show either.”
