Justin Timberlake’s Return Rocks The Pyramid

Bill Ellis of gomemphis.com was on hand for Justin Timberlake’s homecoming show Friday at The Pyramid in Memphis, where the *NSYNC star performed with Christina Aguilera on their Justified and Stripped tour. Ellis said Justin “easily embraced seasoned rap and soul moves with the new pop terrain he’s had more than a hand in forging. While some would compare Timberlake too readily with influence Michael Jackson, the Bluff City singer is no imitator.” As for Christina, Ellis says, “Aguilera can be whatever she wants at this point in her platinum career. Right now, she just can’t make up her mind: Is she destined to be the next queen of danceable pop or the latest dominatrix of tacky? Say what you will about such indecision – it’s highly entertaining.”
