Justin Timberlake’s Southern Hospitality Restaurant Hit With Lawsuit

Justin Timberlake’s Southern Hospitality BBQ restaurant in Manhattan has been hit with a lawsuit, accused of cheated staff out of tips, proper pay and overtime. The suit was filed Friday by a busboy behalf of 50 other employees who worked at the restaurant. The suit seeks unspecified damages. Also named in the filing were the ex-*NSYNC star’s business partners Eytan Sugarman and Trace Ayala. Reuters has more details.
