Star magazine reports *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake has told pals and his management that he intends to take time off in 2004 to “make important life decisions” prompting speculation he’ll pop the question to girlfriend Cameron Diaz. A source said, “Justin and Cameron have been romancing each other on the road, and he’s eager to replace the quickie romantic vacations with longer and more meaningful getaways just the two of them.”
