The Las Vegas Review Journal reports Peter Morton unveiled his $1 billion Hard Rock Hotel expansion project Saturday but wouldn’t discuss whether Britney Spears was upset with him after a story emerged she and hubby Kevin Federline purchased one of the planned Hard Rock condos. The source of the problem may have been Kevin Federline, who also infuriated his wife by reportedly signing a cocktail napkin during a recent weekend trip to Vegas, promising a $50,000 down payment on a Hard Rock condo.
