Kate Nash Updates Fans After Busy Summer

Kate Nash checked in with fans on her blog at Myspace on Thursday (September 6). “Been doing all the festivals over the summer,” she writes. “Went to Belgium and Holland. Did Leeds, Cardiff, Edinburgh T on the Fringe, Electric Gardens, etc. I did a signing at HMV, the album chart show, my album went to number one! Which I can’t believe and express my happiness at how I managed to connect with that many of you. I tried to save the Camden Stables, got papped, played at the GQ Awards in front of people like Jude Law, Paul McCartney, Michael Caine and Elton John! I’ve also recently met 2 of my favorite people Johnny Clarke and Simon Pegg. Which was so cool. And they both liked my music which makes you think you must be doing it right, when people you admire get what you’re about.” Read more and check out pictures here.
