‘American Idol’ season five runner-up Katharine McPhee checked in with her Myspace friends on Monday (November 5) with the following bulletin:
Hi everyone. I have to say that I was overwhelmed with how many people wrote me after my last entry. This may sound stupid but I am always blown away that there are still people out there that are watching and reading and interested. Thank you so so much. Sorry that I cannot write everyone back but I think I was able to write a few. I do read most of them though so keep writing back. I know that there has been a really long delay with those fans that signed up for the fan club. All I can say is that I apologize. I didn’t realize until recently that for those of you that signed up, you still haven’t received anything. That is terrible. Please know that I am working on it and I hope to have things taken care of in the next couple of weeks. I am ultimately responsible and I have stepped in to try and get to the bottom of it. Please don’t lose faith. I also realize that the site has not been updated. It most likely is going to go under construction again and then we will have something that will stay current.
Well I got to run. Thanks again everyone. I will keep you posted as things progress over the next few weeks.
