Katharine McPhee & Mother Peisha Perform ‘Silent Night’

After being introduced by emcee Leeza Gibbons, 'American Idol' season five runner-up Katharine McPhee and her mother Peisha McPhee performed 'Silent Night' at the 76th annual State Capitol Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on the West Steps of the State Capitol in Sacramento, California on Tuesday evening (December 4). Mother and daughter had to improvise after Peisha's wireless mic didn't work. Watch the performance below the fold.
