Crackle just posted an interview they did earlier this year at SXSW in Austin, Texas with Katy Perry and her buddy/labelmate Ferras on their YouTube channel. Katy talked about being “somewhere in between” hipster cool and pop star lame and her love for music festivals, while Ferras said he was honored to have his song featured as the ‘American Idol’ sendoff, rejecting the idea that he lost any street cred in the process – since he’s a pop singer in the first place.
